GAMPOLA MIRACLE CRUSADE 14TH & 15TH JANUARY 2006

Our first Miracle Crusade for this year was held on January 14th and 15th at the Gampola AOG Church. Although a small Church, God gave us more than we asked or thought according to Ephesians 3:20, “I am able to give you more than you can ask or think according to the power that is working in you.”

There was a heavy Anointing on the service and tears were coming down people's eyes and many sobbing while I was preaching, something I had never experienced before. The first day there was about one hundred people, the next day we had around 400 people the Pastor of the Church said. God just gave us 3 times more. Many children and adults were healed and delivered. God changed my plans and wanted me to pray for each one individually. There were eight adults and children with heart palpitations which were healed instantly. Asthma, a growth on the neck,
arthritis, migraine headaches, stomach problems, leg problems and skin problems were some of them. One young mother was delivered from demons. Many were delivered from charms and curses.

There were many Buddhists and Hindus present. One Hindu grandmother who said to me if Jesus heals her cataract she would become a Christian. And guess what, God healed her immediately and she gave her heart to Jesus. A minimum of 200 gave their hearts to Jesus and prayed the sinner’s prayer.

Many Christians testified of the joy, prophetic words and strength they received. Some said that fear left them. Many said that God spoke to them through the message, and that the message was for them personally. One brother said that he was not sure he was a Christian, and after he prayed the sinner’s prayer he now knows that he has Jesus in his heart and a Christian. Two young people came up for prayer for the right partners for marriage.

We were also taken to the Pastor’s mother’s house and the mother and sister were given words from the Lord and also gave them insight into what they should do.

The owner of the hotel where we stayed is a Christian and wanted me to pray for him before we left. God gave them many promises and guidance and also revealed to our amazement that the manager was stealing money and a hindrance to the blessing of the Lord in the hotel. The wife said she knew something was wrong with that person and thanked the Lord for the revelation. We prayed that the Lord would remove the manager and send them the right employees to the hotel. There were a few more things that the Lord needed to be done, like removing the Sigiriya painting and also to install the God TV channel.

Another miracle was that this owner of the hotel had instructed the reception to collect from us only Rs.1000.00, which was only 1/3 rd of the hotel bill. This brother welcomed us to stay with him whenever we came that way.

God also blessed me with a Christian brother to drive me back and forth in his vehicle. He told me a few months ago that the Lord spoke to him to take me to other towns when I need to go. I hadn’t told him at that time about our Miracle Crusades in Churches.

The Pastor and his family and believers almost begged us to come again and thanked us for coming. To God be all the glory and praise for all that was done.

Thanks for your love, faithful and loyal support which enabled us to say yes to the Lord. Together we accomplished all what God wanted us to do on this trip.
