An Average person can live without food for about forty to
forty-five days, but only three to five days without water.
An average sized person requires 2 to 3 quarts of water a
day (64 to 96 ounces). A recommended rule is to take your
half of your body weight. That’s the number of ounces of
water per day you should be taking.
Distilled water is the best, filtered water by carbon
filters using the reverse osmosis system, is about the best
in filtered water. The best recommended bottled water is
Penta water if you are sick. Visit
